Compare retrieval approaches

Here's what you need to do to set up rush production:

1. Make sure your proof is approved first
Rush slots are only assigned to orders with an approved proof. An order with a pending proof cannot hold a rush slot, so this is a required first step.

2. Check that your order is eligible
Not all orders qualify. Specifically, embroidered items are excluded from rush production — if your order contains embroidered goods, the rush option will not appear and rush is not available.

3. Request the rush option through your order dashboard
Open your order in the dashboard and select the rush option before the order enters production. The option will only appear if your proof is approved and every item qualifies.

4. Pay the rush fee
Rush production is a paid service with a flat fee of $95 per order, added at checkout. This covers production only — if you also need expedited shipping, that is quoted separately.

What rush gets you:
Selecting rush commits your order to a five-business-day production guarantee, measured from proof approval (not the order date).

If you don't see the rush option in your dashboard, check your proof status first — a pending or unapproved proof is the most likely reason it's not showing.
